Pat is currently the General Manager of City Park Grill. He is an original partner of the Wineguys Restaurant Group. He started as a server at City Park Grill, moved to a cook, began managing, and eventually became the General Manager. After the original success of City Park Grill he decided to expand Wineguys Restaurant Group and opened up Palette Bistro in 2010. If Pat could change anything about their career to date, it would be that he would have had stronger goal orientation. Pat enjoys the interactions with the guests and completion of goals that most about his current position, but struggles with work-life balance. The most challenging aspect of his position is keeping everything organized and maintaining profits for the company. Pat believes that technological advancements and modernization will have in impact on his business in the upcoming years. The most critical challenge the he can foresee is the need to make constant improvements within the company in order to move a head of the competition.
