Wineguys Restaurant Group is owned by a handful of partners. The partners include: Pat Faylor, Bob Keedy, Chef John, and a few others who I have not yet had the chance to meet. The organizational structure of City Park Grill is much different than the structure that I have experienced at previous restaurants that I have had a chance to work at. At City Park Grill, the management team is very hands on and act as support staff for the servers and hosts throughout the shift, doing what they can to help out in every aspect of the guest's experience in order to assure complete guest satisfaction. Overall the work environment at City Park Grill is very pleasant, however, when everyone is in the weeds during a $30,000 sales day, people tend to lose a bit of patience and become snappy, which is understandable.
